1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Karma Yantra's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Karma Yantra provides software development, AI solutions, design, consulting, and related digital services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. Specific project terms, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in separate contracts or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Karma Yantra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in their project agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access to systems and resources, and clear project requirements. Delays caused by client-side factors may affect project timelines and deliverables.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing, milestones, and invoicing schedules, will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and any other sensitive information marked or identified as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karma Yantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. Warranty periods and scope will be defined in individual project agreements. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the individual project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Karma Yantra reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
